ABOUT ME
Let's get real.
My name is Britley, and like some of you, I spent a lot of my time, energy, and mental space searching outside of myself for validation, fulfillment, and joy.
I attached my idea of success to money and materials and became the "work hard. play hard" mantra that I had been told as a little girl.
I became so detached from my intuition and engulfed in my reality that I developed an eating disorder and really, an entire disordered was of living.
One day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t even recognize myself. The stress was consuming my body and even with the house, the dog, the boyfriend, the high paying job, and the body.... I had never felt emptier. Enough was enough, so I quit my job and chose to start on the journey of healing and self-empowerment. I was relentless and ready.
While many things have attributed to who I am today, it was somatic therapy that carried me through lasting transformation.
Today, I have mastered my emotions, elevated into higher states of consciousness, and awakened to my life purpose. I live deeply connected to a Higher Power, the field of oneness, and my true nature. As a Spiritual Leader with certifications in somatic therapies, I am here to teach others the tools to guide themselves to create their own version of Inner Peace, and step into their divinity.
My Vision
My vision for anyone here is that you leave my container with direct access to your heart and that inner voice that has been conditioned to quiet down and conform to standards.
My vision is that you find it absurd that you once lived your life with the belief that you need to be constantly "doing" something to "feel" our desired feelings. Demolishing the connection between happiness and hustle.
My vision is that you have a full understanding of yourself, your power, your truth, and your innate worth. That the dependency model is completely destroyed, and for you to connect to the divine intelligence within you.
My vision is that you see the world in completely different colors than when you entered - one in which you move with intention, integrity to your truth, are softer, more connected, and more alive.
My vision is to hold this vision of you until you can fully see it within yourself. I am dedicated to getting you there.
I know this is possible through connection.
